Our Origin Story
It all began with a blend of chance, perseverance, and a deep-seated enthusiasm for what we stand for. Initially, my wife and I were entrenched in the corporate world, dedicating eight hours each day to a cubicle and the monotonous glare of a computer screen. It was then that we made the decision to embark on a new journey. We ventured into handmade goods, recognizing that our efforts could have a significant impact on the independent artisans who crafted these items. Our first breakthrough was acquiring handwoven Mexican blankets, which we repurposed into surfboard bags from our garage and loft.
